This article will help you quickly take a Raspberry Pi and configure it as an Internet Router using OpenWrt software.
We focus on OpenWrt 22.03.7 software and Telit-Cinterion Cellular module hardware.
Internet connectivity is achieved using the well known Linux pppd or “dial-up” method.
This uses cdc-acm drivers and pppd chat scripts (see AT Command ATD*99#) to start the interface.
