The last PCN for Cinterion PLS8 mentions a firmware version “Rev.04.104” as available, however it’s not available in the download zone.
Where could I find this firmware?

Indeed I can’t see the PLS8 firmware in DZ. In general there are usually most recent files available there. This is a legacy product and the rev.04.104 FW was released some time ago. I would recommend you to contact your local sales person or directly the technical support via email or web form.
